We are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Analytics with AI to support learners throughout their learning journey. You will work closely with faculty and students to provide real-time academic support, clarify concepts, evaluate assignments, and help learners apply analytics concepts through practical problem-solving.

This is a contractual, part-time role , and compensation will be based on the scope of work and deliverables outlined in the MOU.

Schedule

Our programs are designed for working professionals and students, so sessions are primarily scheduled during:

- Weekdays: 8:00 PM onwards
- Weekends: Flexible availability during the day

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learner Support

- Provide real-time support to students during live classes through chat and other communication channels.
- Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions and help students understand complex concepts.
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and assist learners with individual learning challenges.
- Explain technical and analytical concepts in a easy and structured manner.
- Support students in applying analytics concepts to practical, real-world problems.

Assignment & Technical Support

- Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Help students troubleshoot technical and analytical problems.
- Guide learners through data analysis, SQL, Python, visualization, and statistical concepts.
- Help students work with real-world datasets and develop data-driven solutions.

Learner Engagement

- Monitor batch progress and learner engagement and identify areas where students may need additional support.
- Share learner feedback and observations with the faculty and curriculum team.
- Help learners overcome technical and conceptual blockers.




- Contribute to improving the overall learning experience.

Technical Skills & Subject Knowledge Candidates should have strong knowledge of Data Analytics and related technologies , with hands-on experience in areas such as: Data & Analytics Fundamentals

- Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis
- Data cleaning and data wrangling
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Statistical analysis
- Hypothesis testing

Databases

- SQL
- Joins, subqueries, and complex queries
- Data extraction and manipulation

Programming

- Python or R
- Data manipulation and analysis
- Relevant analytics libraries and frameworks

Data Visualization

- Tableau
- Power BI
- Python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Dashboard creation and data storytelling

Additional Knowledge

- Fundamentals of Machine Learning
- Data-driven problem solving
- Data interpretation and insight generation
- Working with real-world datasets
