Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience to support our sales team in lead qualification, customer communication, product presentations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Conduct initial customer discussions and identify genuine sales prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead status.
Prepare and share product/service information, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
Support the sales team in achieving lead-generation and conversion targets.




Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the pre-sales process.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales setting.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Preferred Profile
0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
Candidates with experience handling Hindi-speaking will be preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
