Eligibility:
Graduate BA/B Com/B.Sc
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Clinics, Salons, or Slimming Centres
Counsel clients on skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments based on their concerns and requirements.
Understand client needs, medical history and expectations, and coordinate with doctors for suitable treatment plans.
Explain procedures, advantages, sessions, precautions, aftercare and expected results clearly.
Handle consultations, follow-ups and lead conversions through calls, WhatsApp and in-person counselling.
Explain treatment packages,



pricing and payment options while maintaining qualified and ethical communication.
Build robust client relationships to encourage repeat visits, package renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and front-office teams for a smooth client experience.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups and treatment details.
Handle client queries and concerns professionally and escalate clinical issues when required.
Achieve assigned conversion, revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹13,206.92 - ₹38,064.25 per month
