Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Utilize Tally ERP software to manage and organize financial data effectively.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
Generate and manage invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills in compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
