WHAT YOU'LL DO
Discover recent, relevant creators & influencers across Instagram
Reach out, build relationships and coordinate collaborations
Track Reels, trends, creators, formats & conversations
Bring fresh content ideas, hooks and creative concepts
Help develop influencer briefs and review creator content
Track campaigns and understand what content actually works
Help grow Jolger's presence through the right people and the right content
WHO YOU ARE
You don't need a perfect resume. We want passion, creativity and initiative.
You are someone who:
Loves sports, fitness, movement or activewear
Is genuinely Instagram & Reels savvy
Naturally notices what's trending
Has a strong creative eye and good content taste
Can understand a brand and think beyond generic influencer marketing
Is confident communicating with creators
Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Students, freshers, aspiring creators and people looking for a serious side hustle are welcome.
THE ROLE
Hybrid | 2 days from our JP Nagar office + remaining days from home
Adaptable enough to work alongside college or other commitments — but we expect consistency, ownership and genuine enthusiasm.
