Job Description
ASBAE Technologies is hiring a Senior Software Implementation Executive for Vidhayak Connect.
The role involves independently managing software implementation at client locations, including client onboarding, configuration, training, UAT, go-live and post-implementation support. This is a high-travel, client-facing role with significant in office work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation at client offices.
Understand client workflows and configure the platform.
Handle user setup and data onboarding.
Train client staff and manage UAT/go-live.
Coordinate issues with Development,
QA and Support teams.
Monitor adoption and provide follow-up support.
Maintain implementation reports and client sign-offs.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, SaaS, ERP, CRM or client onboarding.
Ability to independently manage clients and implementation projects.
Strong Hindi and skilled English communication.
Valuable understanding of web-based software and digital tools.
Must be comfortable with frequent travel and extended in office work across Uttar Pradesh.
