ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced North Indian Cook Master to manage large-scale food preparation for approximately 700 members. The candidate should have robust knowledge of North Indian cuisine and experience in bulk cooking.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality North Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special menus.
Handle bulk cooking for 700 members while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Plan ingredient quantities according to daily requirements.
Supervise assistant cooks and kitchen helpers.
Ensure food is prepared and served according to scheduled meal timings.
Maintain proper taste, portion control, and food quality.
Follow strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
Monitor raw-material usage and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the store/purchase team for vegetables, groceries, spices, and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and the kitchen area.




Train junior cooks and kitchen staff in preparation methods and recipes.
Support menu planning and introduce suitable North Indian dishes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a North Indian Cook Master.
Strong knowledge of authentic North Indian cuisine.
Experience in bulk/institutional cooking for 500–700+ people preferred.
Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.
Positive knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict meal timings.
Good understanding of large-scale ingredient measurements and recipes.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in hostels, factories, corporate canteens, hospitals, hotels, marriage halls, PGs, or large institutional kitchens will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
