IT Engineer (Azure)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.

Provide Azure cloud support* – Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.
Manage Microsoft 365/Office 365*, user accounts, licenses, and email.
Troubleshoot Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues*.
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.

Support basic AI tools* and automation for IT operations.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.

Requirements

3–4 years* of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure*.
Valuable knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365*.
Basic understanding of AI tools*.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.*
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with teams.

Azure certification is a plus.*
