Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
Search and identify relevant projects and potential clients according to the company's services.
Prepare and submit customized proposals and bids on freelancing platforms.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, requirement discussions, and negotiations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
Manage leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into business.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required business documents.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Track submitted proposals, responses, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
