We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to support our design and product development team in creating new saree collections and fashion designs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing new saree designs, patterns, prints, colours and concepts.
Research current fashion and market trends.
Create design references, mood boards and basic sketches.
Coordinate with production, sampling and embroidery teams.
Assist in selecting fabrics, colours, prints and embellishments.
Follow up on samples and make design modifications as required.
Maintain design records, samples and product details.
Support the senior designer in daily design and collection development activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing or a related field.
Positive knowledge of fabrics, colours, prints and fashion trends.
Creative thinking and solid attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW/Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
