Role Overview

The QC In-Charge will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across the complete manufacturing cycle—from incoming raw materials to production, finishing, final inspection and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall quality control for the Palwal manufacturing facility.
Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.
Ensure products conform to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, dimensions, tolerances and finish standards.
Monitor quality across wood, plywood, MDF, solid wood, metal fabrication, powder coating, painting, polishing, digital printing, signage and branding.
Identify defects and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimise rejection and rework.
Coordinate closely with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores and Project teams for quality resolution.
Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and provide quality clearance.
Develop and maintain QC checklists, SOPs, inspection formats and quality MIS.




Establish measurable quality benchmarks and ensure right-first-time production.
Train production teams on quality standards, workmanship and inspection requirements.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in furniture, interiors, retail fixtures or manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, metal and surface finishes.
Positive understanding of technical drawings, dimensions and manufacturing tolerances.
Experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing processes.
Solid leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Location: Palwal, Haryana

Pay: ₹8,860.60 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:
