We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves handling employee-related financial processes, statutory filings, audits, and employee queries while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Handle statutory registrations and maintain compliance records
Prepare and upload bank transfer files for salary disbursement
Manage employee advantages calculations including gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment
Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance
Coordinate audits and maintain compliance documentation
Manage correspondence with statutory authorities
Handle accident cases and related compliance procedures
Ensure adherence to new labour laws and factory rules
Maintain employee engagement through payroll transparency and communication
Follow up on pending compliance tasks and deadlines
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling)
Robust analytical and numerical skills

Payroll processing and salary structure components (CTC calculation)
Statutory compliance:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Statutory calculations and deductions
Government portal usage and challan generation
Gratuity calculation
Earned Leave (EL) calculation
Bonus calculation
Labour laws and latest compliance updates
Factory rules and regulations
Audit processes and documentation
Employee lifecycle and HR components
Registration procedures under various statutory bodies
Handling workplace accident compliance cases
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
2–5 years of experience in payroll and compliance
Experience working with payroll software and statutory portals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
