Core Responsibilities
Plant Care: Water, fertilize, weed, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Landscape Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge garden beds, and transparent debris.
Pest & Disease Monitoring: Check plant health and report or treat early signs of pests or damage.
Equipment Upkeep: Safely handle and clean basic gardening tools like shears, hoses, and mowers.
Site Preparation: Amend soil, spread mulch, and assist with seasonal planting layouts.
Requirements & Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (like soil or pots) and work outdoors in varying weather.
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with common plant types, watering needs, and secure tool use.
Reliability: Punctuality, robust teamwork, and a willingness to follow instructions from supervisors
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
