We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager with robust financial and accounting expertise to manage the finance function of a rubber manufacturing unit.
Key Qualities & Skills:
CA Inter with minimum 3 years of industry experience/ M.com with minimum 5 years
experience in manufacturing / rubber industry preferred.
Robust knowledge of costing, budgeting & financial analysis
Expertise in working capital and cash-flow management
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance
Experience in dealing with banks, working capital limits and finance facilities
Excellent command of MS Excel with hands-on experience in Tally accounting software.
Strong team management and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity, confidentiality and financial discipline
