DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Driver

Department: Administration / Operations

Reporting To: Admin Manager / Transport Incharge

Key Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles as assigned.
Transport employees, guests, materials, and documents to designated locations.
Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, pollution certificate, and other vehicle-related documentation.
Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip details accurately.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company assets during travel.
Be available for official duties, emergencies, and outstation travel as instructed by management.
Report accidents, damages, or traffic violations immediately to the concerned authority.
Maintain skilled behavior, discipline,



and confidentiality while representing the company.

Required Qualifications
Valid LMV/HMV Driving License as applicable.
Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
Good knowledge of local routes, highways, and traffic regulations.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Physically fit and able to work flexible schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
