Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4 years of working experience in AutoCAD (version 2015 or above)
Preferred: 2–3 years of relevant work experience specifically in designing/drafting heavy equipment and machinery
Job Description
We are looking for an AutoCAD Mechanical Draughtsman to join our team. The primary responsibilities include updating, creating, and issuing 2D working and General Arrangement (GA) drawings of machinery and equipment. This includes part drawings, assembly drawings, plant layouts, and machine foundation drawings, based on inputs from design and management personnel. The role also involves generating Bill of Materials (BOM) for completed drawings. All work will be carried out using AutoCAD software.
Required Skill Set
Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D mechanical drafting
Experience designing mechanical equipment such as material handling machines, tanks, mixers, conveyors, bucket elevators, and beaters
Robust knowledge of standard drafting conventions for detailing part and assembly drawings
Ability to prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) from completed drawings

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Detail-oriented with solid precision in technical drawing work
Comfortable interpreting inputs from design and management personnel and translating them into accurate technical drawings
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
