Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of machine tools, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
Software: Familiarity with drafting software like AutoCAD or basic SolidWorks.
Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, robust attention to detail, and valuable teamwork for shop-floor coordination.
