Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Debt Counsellor to assist customers facing financial difficulties. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their outstanding obligations, explain available repayment or debt-resolution options, and support them throughout the resolution process.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding outstanding loans, credit cards, and other financial obligations.
Understand the customer's financial situation and repayment challenges.
Explain available debt-resolution and repayment options clearly.
Negotiate with customers professionally to facilitate suitable repayment arrangements.
Follow up regularly on commitments and payment schedules.
Maintain accurate customer interaction and case records.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns related to outstanding dues.




Coordinate with internal teams and clients for case updates and documentation.
Achieve assigned collection/resolution targets and maintain productivity.
Follow company SOPs, compliance requirements, and customer communication guidelines.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-handling and convincing ability.
Basic understanding of loans, credit cards, DPD, NPA, settlement, and write-off processes.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Languages: Hindi and English mandatory; regional language preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in NBFC, banking, collections, debt resolution, tele-calling, or customer support.
Experience handling delinquent customers or collection cases will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
