Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist in preparing monthly reports, outstanding statements, and other MIS reports.




Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and ledger reconciliation.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred.
Candidates with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and Tally/ERP will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
