Operate injection moulding machines as per production requirements.
Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
Load raw materials and ensure proper material feeding.
Check mould installation, alignment, and basic machine settings.
Monitor production during the complete cycle and identify defects.
Inspect finished products for dimensions, appearance, and quality.
Perform trimming, finishing, and basic post-production operations.
Maintain proper production records and rejection reports.
Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
Report machine breakdowns, mould problems, or abnormal production conditions to the supervisor/maintenance team.
Support mould changeover, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
