Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Explain products and services to customers and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer records, databases, and reports.
Support daily sales operations and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Document customer interactions and maintain proper records.
Build positive relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum qualification:
Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
