Experience: 6 - 12 years

Education:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)
- UiPath Certification (Good to have).

Job Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA UiPath Automation Engineer with robust expertise in UiPath RPA, with Python will be added skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent, autonomous automation solutions that integrate enterprise systems, cloud services, and AI-driven decision-making capabilities. This role requires a blend of RPA excellence, cloud-native engineering, enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent business process automation.

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Implement REFramework, Dispatcher/Performer models, and reusable automation components. REFramework and enterprise-grade automation
- Integrate UiPath bots with AI services, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Optimize bot performance, scalability,



and reliability across environments
- Perform code reviews, exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring
- Develop Bots on AWS Cloud and its integrations
- Follow enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and audit practices
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and error-handling mechanisms
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of latest UiPath Tools/Modules/Features/Landscape: e.g; AI Center / Document Understanding
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for automation, AI agents, and cloud services
- Develop microservices, APIs, and background workers supporting automation workflows
- Implement asynchronous processing, multiprocessing, and event-driven patterns
- Write unit tests and follow best coding practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead complex automation initiatives
- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices
