- Should have strong knowledge in enabling policy-based routing
n
- Should have knowledge in Meraki API integration and automation.
n
- Should troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wireless, application issues reported in SD WAN sites.
n
- Should perform problem management for chronic issues and provide permanent solutions.
n
- Should perform testing on current firmware releases, analyze the performance, submit the report for approval and implement it in production.
n
- Plan and implement the vulnerability mitigation solutions,



sanity check post implementation and ensure the environment has no vulnerability compromise.
n
- Should provide best practices ideas and implement them in the Meraki environment.
n
- Should keep track of the emerging products, services and protocols that improves the performance, suggest solutions to business as service improvement.
n
- Join P1/P2 bridge calls, provide the fix for the issues with SLA and demonstrate the expertise level on the technology.
n
- Should coordinate local technician and troubleshoot the hardware issues
n
- Certification in Meraki (CMNA) will be an added advantage.
