We are looking for Tamil-speaking Telecallers to join our team at Santhigiri.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills in Tamil, along with basic proficiency in English/Malayalam. The role involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls, providing information, handling enquiries, and maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Tamil.
- Explain services, offers, and relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English/Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
