Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
Take guest orders and provide prompt, courteous service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area.
Check and maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, glassware and bar supplies.
Follow standard recipes, portion control and presentation standards.
Handle bar equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain accurate records of beverage consumption and wastage.
Ensure proper billing and coordination with the cashier/service team.
Follow hotel policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally.
Maintain proper grooming, punctuality and skilled behavior.
Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager or Supervisor.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
