Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management with practical, industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HR and HRM classes for students.
Teach Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development and HR Operations.
Provide practical examples, case studies and activities.
Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments and assessments.
Conduct mock interviews and support students with career preparation.
Monitor student performance and provide guidance.
Conduct Soft Skills and Communication sessions when required.
Maintain student academic records and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practical HR processes.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Teaching/training or HR industry experience preferred.
Freshers with solid subject knowledge may also apply.
