Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Placement Officer to support placement and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will assist students throughout the placement process, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to improving overall placement outcomes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in training, recruitment, and student placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate placement and recruitment activities
Assist students during the entire placement process
Help organize and conduct training sessions and placement drives
Provide guidance and basic support to trainees
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of placement activities
Maintain documentation, reports, and placement records
Assist in tracking placement performance and identifying improvement areas




Support employer communication and follow-ups when required

Qualifications & Skills
Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Ability to support training and recruitment activities
Solid teamwork and organizational abilities
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Exposure to training, recruitment, administrative, or clerical roles is an advantage
Degree in HR, Education, or a related field preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
