Job Summary:
Peepcrowd Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated VMC or CNC Milling Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC or VMC machines to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC or CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers).
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot minor issues related to machine operations.
Maintain production logs and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in VMC or CNC milling machine operation.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool offsets.
Familiarity with G-code programming (added advantage).
Knowledge of measurement instruments and quality checks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
