Job Description – MIS & Sales Coordinator

Location: Navi Mumbai, Juinagar

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS & Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through accurate reporting, data management, coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain sales data, trackers, and records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare reports on sales performance, targets, achievements, and pending activities.
Ensure accuracy of data and timely submission of reports to management.
Update and maintain databases, dashboards, and internal trackers.
Analyze basic sales data and highlight important updates or discrepancies.

Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily activities, targets, and follow-ups.
Track leads, sales orders, customer requirements, and pending cases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of sales-related activities.




Follow up with sales executives for pending updates and required information.
Maintain proper documentation of sales-related records.
Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and other operational requirements.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients/internal teams whenever required.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, and filters.
Robust data management and reporting skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Backend Operations, or Reporting will be preferred.
Freshers with solid Excel skills and good communication may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
