We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination in a hospital workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding
Employee attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Employee records and HR documentation
Joining, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities
Staff communication and grievance handling
Training and employee engagement activities
Support in statutory compliance and HR policies
Coordination with department Incharges and management
Maintaining HR reports and MIS
Preferred: HR experience in a hospital/healthcare environment will be an advantage.
Pay: From ₹11,036.30 per month
