We are hiring a Sales Executive for the Patna region to drive FMCG sales through general trade and distribution channels. This is a field sales role — you will visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers daily, generate orders, and grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers daily as per assigned beat plan
Generate primary and secondary sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Onboard new retail outlets and expand distribution coverage in the assigned territory
Manage relationships with existing channel partners (retailers, distributors, dealers)
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at outlets
Collect payments and keep outstanding within limits
Report daily sales activity, market feedback, and competitor information to the manager
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
1+ year of field sales experience in FMCG / distribution preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
Good knowledge of sales channels — general trade, distributor, and retail network
Familiarity with Patna city and nearby areas
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence — mandatory
Basic smartphone skills for order booking and reporting
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
Compensation & Advantages
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives on target achievement
Fuel/Travel Reimbursement: Per-kilometre reimbursement for official field travel on your bike
