At ByteQuest Softwares, we build creative AI-powered products and digital solutions that help businesses scale faster. We are looking for a Growth Executive who is passionate about product growth, user engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do:-
Assist in planning and executing user acquisition campaigns across digital channels
Support product growth initiatives to improve activation, engagement, and retention
Monitor and analyze user behavior, traffic, and campaign performance
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Help create and manage growth experiments and A/B tests
Prepare performance reports and dashboards using analytics tools
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance user experience
Stay updated on growth marketing trends and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:-
06 months of experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles
Basic understanding of digital marketing and growth funnels
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a rapid-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
