"House Of Biryan" is a quick-growing food brand passionate about delivering authentic biryani experiences to customers. We are looking for a energetic Area Head who will play a key role in optimizing our operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of multiple stores.
Drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned region.
Ensure 100% compliance with operational SOPs and food safety standards.
Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions.
Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams.
Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and operational KPIs.
Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and retention.
Review daily business performance and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with support functions (HR, SCM, Maintenance, Finance, etc.).
Lead new store openings and operational improvement initiatives.
Resolve escalated operational and customer issues.
Submit weekly/monthly performance reports and action plans to management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
