About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, campaigns, brand growth, and lead-generation activities for our education business. The candidate should have robust marketing and team management skills, preferably with experience in the Education/EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Drive quality lead generation and support admission and business growth.
Work closely with Admissions, Academics, Placements, LMS, Content, and other teams to understand their requirements and support their marketing needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to promote courses, programs, student achievements, placement success stories, events, and other initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
Coordinate with Content and Creative teams for social media content, creatives, videos, testimonials, and campaigns.




Manage the organization's brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
Plan and execute offline marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify current growth opportunities.
Manage and guide the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and share insights with management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Education/EdTech experience preferred.
Experience managing marketing teams and campaigns with measurable results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
