Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and skilled Pre sales coordinator to join our sales and pre-sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for following up with existing and potential US clients, understanding their requirements, maintaining regular communication, and scheduling calls/meetings between qualified prospects and our Pre-Sales/Sales team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience handling US clients through phone calls, excellent spoken English, solid follow-up skills, and the ability to build qualified relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing and potential clients in the USA.
Understand the prospect's basic requirements and identify their level of interest.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and sales requirements.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings between qualified prospects and the Pre-Sales/Sales team.
Coordinate calendars and ensure meetings are scheduled at mutually convenient times.
Confirm scheduled meetings and follow up with clients to reduce no-shows.




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects who are not immediately ready to schedule a meeting.
Maintain accurate call records, follow-up dates, lead status, and client information in the CRM.
Provide proper notes and context to the Pre-Sales/Sales team before scheduled calls.
Follow the company's calling scripts, communication processes, and sales guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and appointment-setting targets.
Build a positive and professional relationship with US clients.
Coordinate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required Skills & Experience
Fluency in creating reports and Presentations
1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, appointment setting, inside sales, or a similar role.
Previous experience dealing with US clients is strongly preferred.
Well versed in using CRM softwares.
Excellent spoken English with

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
