About the Client:
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, full-service CA firm based in Bengaluru with a diverse client portfolio including listed corporates, MNCs, and startups. The firm offers strong exposure to statutory audit across multiple industries with explicit career progression.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be part of the Statutory Audit team, handling end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage statutory audits for corporate clients including MNCs, growing businesses, and startups
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
Manage and mentor a team of audit executives for timely completion of assignments
Provide advisory on accounting, tax, and compliance matters to clients
Liaise with clients on key technical accounting matters
Prepare audit reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory
2+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit of Indian companies
Strong working knowledge of Indian GAAP, IndAS, auditing standards, and audit documentation
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with accounting platforms/ERP; audit software proficiency is a plus
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines
