Teaching & Instruction: Deliver classroom lectures, lead simulation lab sessions, and guide hands-on clinical practice.
Curriculum Development: Design lesson plans, courses, and training materials aligned with healthcare standards.
Staff Orientation: Onboard current nurses, coordinate preceptor programs, and schedule mandatory hospital in-services.
Competency Evaluation: Assess student and staff performance through exams, skills checklists, and clinical evaluations.
Research & Updates: Stay current on medical breakthroughs, research findings, and evolving hospital protocols
