Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Trainer to train students in professional hairdressing, styling, treatments, and salon techniques through both theory and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical classes in Hair & Hairdressing.
Train students in cutting, styling, blow-drying, straightening, curling, and hair treatments.
Teach hair colouring, highlights, bleaching, and basic colour correction.
Demonstrate professional salon techniques and hygiene practices.
Provide hands-on practical training and supervise students.
Prepare lesson plans and practical demonstrations.
Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Maintain student attendance, practical records, and training progress.
Stay updated with current hair trends,



techniques, and industry practices.
Support academy workshops, events, and practical activities.

Requirements
Qualified qualification/certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology preferred.
Minimum 2 years of skilled salon/hair industry experience.
Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.
Strong practical hairdressing and styling skills.
Valuable communication and student-handling skills.
Passionate, patient, creative, and professional.
Ability to conduct engaging practical demonstrations.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
