Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance activities and technicians.
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities regularly.
Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Assign daily tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
Carry out preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and systems.
Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the Engineering Manager.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety and maintenance standards.
Handle emergency breakdowns and provide quick technical support.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance/engineering.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Experience in supervising a team of technicians.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.
Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
Pay: ₹30,512.24 - ₹35,458.02 per month
