Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary
Ambika Iron and Minerals is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Manage GST-related accounting and filing support.
Handle TDS, basic taxation, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment documentation.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Monitor receivables and payables.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers,
and internal departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Robust understanding of accounting principles.
Positive attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
