What You?ll Do:
To provide basic nursing care to patients ? nutritional, comfort, hygienic and elimination needs.
To assist the staff nurse for all minor procedures like canulization, catheterization, minor dressing, nebulization, insertion of suppository, enema etc.
To ensure ID band is put for all patients & assess vital signs including pain assessment.
To attend telephone calls and convey information to the concerned people
To escort patients to different departments for various procedures
To maintain a safe, comfortable,



and therapeutic environment for patients/families in accordance with hospitals standards
To coordinate with pharmacy to get the medications
To update and keep abreast of the HAI statistics and preventive measures.
To safely uses the sharp items and dispose the sharps properly.
To work as a team to enhance patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction.
To be knowledgeable about the medication process and ADR.
To be knowledgeable in medication administration process & demonstrate knowledge on the error reporting mechanism.

What We Are Looking For:
B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM Nursing
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the role of Nursing.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team setting.
