We are looking for someone who can communicate with potential customers through DMs and convert genuine inquiries into sales.
Your Responsibilities:
Reply to customer DMs and inquiries.
Understand customer needs.
Share appropriate information about our services.
Follow up with interested leads.
Handle customer objections and questions.
Convert conversations into sales.
Maintain daily sales and follow-up records.
Requirements:
Good English communication and typing skills.
Previous sales/customer-handling experience.
Robust convincing and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Social media handling experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
