Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, PF/ESIC, and related HR activities.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices.

Qualification




MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Solid communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR processes.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
