Commis 1 for Continental cuisine prepares and cooks western-style dishes like pasta, steaks, and soups while managing station prep work under senior chefs

Food Preparation and Cooking
Cook continental recipes such as grills, pastas, salads, and soups.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
Handle chopping, marination, and basic sauce prep.

Station and Workflow Management
Complete daily mise-en-place (organizing and prepping ingredients before service).
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and protected.
Support senior roles like the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef during busy service hours.
Guide and train junior kitchen staff or trainees in the section.

Inventory and Hygiene
Store food properly using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to reduce waste.
Check stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation rules like HACCP guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
