Job Duties & Responsibilities
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt, polite, and skilled manner.
Transfer calls to the appropriate team members, deliver messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries about business hours, services, and location.
Ensure all landline numbers are functional and report any issues to the Admin Department without delay.
Cross-check CRM inquiries and accurately enter all client details within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry.
Greet visitors, clients, and candidates courteously, guide them to the appropriate department, and maintain the visitor logbook.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative tasks, assist recent employees with documentation and joining formalities, and train new joiners on telephone etiquette and front desk procedures.
Maintain daily reports accurately, ensure timely call follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
