Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales & Operations Executive with proven US sales experience to support our US-based business operations. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US customers, generating and converting sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers and clients.
Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain strong relationships with US customers and identify repeat and upselling prospects.
Manage customer orders, inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
Coordinate with US-based teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales, conversion, follow-up, and customer service targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Mandatory Requirements




Minimum 1–3 years of proven US sales experience is required.
Experience working with US customers, preferably in an outbound/inbound sales process.
Excellent spoken English with strong communication and conversational skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Comfortable working according to US time zones.
Experience with CRM and sales management tools.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven workplace.
Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Experience
BPO / Call Center / Inside Sales experience.
Experience handling US-based leads and customers.
Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, real estate, or other customer-facing industries.
Experience with lead generation, cold calling, upselling, and customer retention.
