We are looking for a skilled and responsible Operation Theatre Technician to support surgeons, nurses, and the medical team in providing secure and efficient surgical care.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before and after surgical procedures.
Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries.
Maintain strict sterilization, infection-control, and aseptic protocols.
Handle and maintain OT equipment and surgical instruments.
Ensure proper availability of emergency and surgical supplies.
Assist with patient positioning and protected transfer before and after procedures.
Coordinate with the OT nursing and medical teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain OT records, equipment checklists, and sterilization documentation.
Ensure proper cleaning and readiness of the OT after every procedure.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and NABH protocols.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
Strong understanding of sterilization and infection-control practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency situations.
Attention to detail and a robust sense of responsibility.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
