Ensure all workers attend their duties on time and maintain proper discipline.
In case any worker is absent or takes leave, the supervisor must enquire about the reason and follow up accordingly.
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records accurately.
Coordinate and complete the joining formalities for current workers.
Ensure all required documents of newly joined workers are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
Maintain updated employee records and attendance-related documents.
Coordinate with the concerned team regarding worker attendance, leave, and joining formalities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
