Job Description – Marketing Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced and agile Marketing Manager to lead and manage the entire Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete marketing function and team.
Plan and execute digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing strategies.
Manage brand campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and exhibitions.
Develop marketing content, oversee creative branding, and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
Track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.

Requirements
8+ years of overall experience in Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Managerial/Team Leadership role.
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing,



Campaign Management, Branding, and Exhibitions.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple marketing projects.

Joining Requirement
Immediate preference for candidates who can join within 15 days after selection.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
