Wealthvault is looking for an Insurance Service Manager to manage the life and general insurance requirements of our existing clients. The role combines client servicing, policy management, renewals, and need-based cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients for insurance-related requirements.

Collect and maintain clients’ existing insurance-policy details.

Prepare a one-page insurance summary for each client/family.

Manage policy renewals, premium reminders, and payment assistance.

Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, and claims.

Bring existing motor-policy renewals under Wealthvault.

Identify suitable health-insurance portability opportunities.

Identify requirements for term insurance and child plans.

Identify basic Employer–Employee, Key Person, and business-insurance requirements.





Build robust client relationships through proactive servicing and follow-ups.

Requirements

Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, wealth management, or client servicing preferred.

Good understanding of life and general insurance.

Solid communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills.

Client-focused and comfortable with need-based sales/cross-selling.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation.
